Thank you for choosing CRAFTOLAS. Each item in our shop is handcrafted and made with care, especially for your order.

Shipping Area

At this time, CRAFTOLAS ships only within the United States.

We currently do not offer international shipping.


Production & Processing Time

Most CRAFTOLAS products are custom made to order based on the customer’s exact measurements and selected options.

The standard order processing and production time for made-to-order items is 6–8 weeks.

If the product is currently in stock and does not require custom production, it will usually be shipped within 10–14 business days.

In some cases, production time may vary depending on the item, order volume, material availability, and customization details.

Please make sure all measurements and customization details are accurate before placing your order. Production begins only after all required details are confirmed.


Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time within the United States is usually 7–15 business days after the order has been shipped.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.


Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update the address.


Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information. Please allow some time for the tracking number to update after the package is handed over to the carrier.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed, please check the tracking information first. Delivery delays can sometimes happen due to carrier workload, weather conditions, or local postal service delays.

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will help investigate the issue with the carrier.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue and help find a solution.


Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Most CRAFTOLAS products are custom made to fit the exact measurements provided by the customer. Because of this, custom items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or there is a production error on our side.
