Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing CRAFTOLAS. Each item is handcrafted with care. Some of our products are custom made to fit the exact measurements and options provided by the customer, while other items may be available as standard or in-stock products.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Custom and made-to-order items are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation once production has started.
This includes products made according to the customer’s exact drawer measurements, selected layout, finish, size, or other customization details.
Because these items are created specifically for your order, they cannot be resold or restocked.
Please double-check all measurements, customization details, finish selection, and shipping information before placing your order.
Non-Custom Items
For non-custom items, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition and packaging.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake, a defective item, or damage during delivery.
Cancellations
Order cancellations may be accepted only if production has not yet started or if the item has not yet been shipped.
Once production has begun for a custom order, the order cannot be canceled because materials and labor have already been prepared for your custom item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include clear photos of:
The damaged item
The packaging
The shipping label
Any visible damage to the box
This helps us review the issue and find the best solution as quickly as possible.
Production Errors
If there is a mistake on our side, such as an incorrect size, finish, or layout that does not match the confirmed order details, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will review the order details, photos, and measurements. If the issue is confirmed as a production error, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or partial/full refund depending on the situation.
Customer Measurement Errors
Because custom products are made based on the measurements provided by the customer, we are not responsible for items that do not fit due to incorrect or incomplete measurements submitted at the time of order.

Refunds
Refunds for approved returns or confirmed order issues will be processed back to the original payment method.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return or refund is due to a confirmed production error, defective item, or damage during delivery.
Return Condition
Approved returns must be sent back unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
Items that show signs of use, damage, installation, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund.
